The Board of Directors meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  Meetings are held at 501 N Anderson Street in the City Council Chambers.  Meetings are televised live courtesy of Channel 2, Ellensburg Community Television.

It is the practice of the board to cancel the meetings that conflict with Thanksgiving, Christmas and the district's spring vacation.

Meeting times are at 7:00 p.m.

When the board holds special meetings or retreats they will be posted on the district calendar.
